What a carrier oil does

A CBD oil normally combines a hemp extract or CBD ingredient with a carrier. The carrier affects the ingredient list, flavour, colour, texture and storage instructions. It does not make every product using that carrier equivalent: the CBD amount, formulation and manufacturing controls still need to be checked separately.

MCT, hemp seed and olive oil

MCT carrier oil is usually mild in flavour. Hemp seed oil can have a greener, nuttier taste and naturally contains its own fatty-acid profile. Olive oil has a familiar food ingredient profile and a more noticeable flavour. These are general descriptions; the product label is the source for the bottle being considered.
