Cannabidiol UK: what is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the compounds found in the hemp plant. In the UK, CBD oils are sold as food supplements for adults, and CBD cosmetics are sold for external use. Neither is a medicine, and neither is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
CBD is not the same as THC, the compound in cannabis that causes a “high”. Full spectrum oils may contain trace THC, so check the batch lab report for your bottle.
The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD consumption to no more than 10mg a day. CBD isn’t suitable for under-18s or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a health condition, speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.

Raw & Original oils are full spectrum, unflavoured and made with hemp seed oil. Cool & Fresh oils are broad spectrum, mint-flavoured and made with MCT oil. Each product page lists the full ingredients and directions, so you can check them before you buy.

Raw & Original organic CBD oil
Raw & Original is our full spectrum CBD oil in hemp seed oil. It has no added flavour, so it tastes earthy. Full spectrum extracts may contain trace THC, so check the batch lab report. It’s a food supplement for adults.
Cool & Fresh CBD oil
Cool & Fresh is our broad spectrum CBD oil in MCT oil, with mint flavour. It uses MCT oil, so check the allergen information on the product page. It’s a food supplement for adults.

Two CBD face creams, £14.99 each: a day cream for your daytime routine and a night cream for the evening. Both list jojoba seed oil, and the night cream adds avocado oil. They’re cosmetics for external use, so follow the pack directions and keep them away from your eyes and mouth.
CBD Bath Bomb
Our CBD bath bomb (£8.99) comes in four variants. The ingredients include olive oil, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and magnesium sulfate, with plant extracts and essential oils for fragrance. Variants may differ, so check the one you choose, and follow the pack directions.

CBD Soap
