CBD Salad with, tomato, chicken, avocado, carrot and herbs

One of my favorite meals of the day is healthy lunch, and it's often made more remarkable by a low-carb delicious chicken salads with a CBD-infused lemon salad dressing. It's a light but the filling dish that you can prepare for lunch and dinner. You can serve it on casual weekdays for your family or on a fancy dinner night with your date.

Healthy and Delicious Chicken Salad Recipe with CBD

Ingredients to make chicken salad:

  • 2 spoonfuls or 6-8 drops of olive oil (olive oil is the best among all)
  • 4 chicken thighs or chicken breast (remove the skin and the bones)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (season according to taste)

 Dressing Ingredients

  • A spoonful of mustard
  • Lemon Juice from one and a half lemon (squeezed: you have an option to add a dash of zest the lemons and squeeze as well)
  • CBD oil (amount should be according to what the written instructions regarding dosage recommend)
  • 2 spoonfuls or 2 tbsp of organic honey (avoid synthetically sweetened honey because it’s just basically sugar)
  • A quarter cup of mayonnaise
  • Two cloves of garlic (grated)

Ingredients For the vegetable salad (you can opt for this if do not like chicken salad):

  • A ripe avocado (chopped in half vertically: take out the seed and carve its fleshy insides)
  • Half of the sliced cucumber (washed and chopped thinly)
  • 10 or more cherry tomatoes (washed and chopped)
  • Half of a radish (washed and finely sliced)

Tools to use:

  • Pan and tongs for cooking the chicken parts
  • Grater for garlic and taking the zest from the lemon skin
  • A cup for measuring mayonnaise
  • Knife for slicing vegetables or for shredding your chicken
  • Small bowl for the dressing mixture
  • Spoon or small spatula for stirring the dressing and carving the fleshy insides of the avocado
  • Salad bowl and a pair of salad spoons

Instructions to make this healthy chicken CBD salad:

  1. After removing the skin and bones of your chicken thighs you can take boneless chicken or chicken breasts, rub their surfaces with olive oil season. Then, oil season with salt and pepper on each side. Put your pan over the stove and turn your heat into medium-high. 5 minutes is basic but once you feel that heat is emanating from the surface of the pan, put your chicken on it. Once your chicken turns brown, this means that side is cooked and it will take almost 10 minutes. Turn regularly and make sure that each side is cooked well until the oil is completely absorbed and even. Set them aside for cooling.
  2. In a bowl, add the dijon mustard, zest lemon's juice (1.5 lemons), lemon zest, mayonnaise or greek, garlic, 4 CBD oil, and honey. Stir the mixture well and season with salt according to taste.
  3. Once your skinless and boneless grilled chicken thighs cool down for almost 40 minutes, shred them using your hands or knife, into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a salad bowl, add your salad vegetables, namely:
    • A ripe avocado (sliced in half vertically: take out the seed)
    • Half of a cucumber (washed and sliced)
    • 5 or more cherry tomatoes (washed and sliced)
    • Half of a radish (washed and finely sliced)
    • Chop the garlic cloves, 9 slices, or chop to 2 cloves garlic.
    • Pour in the dressing with the assortment of salad vegetables and add your shredded chicken to the mixing bowl and stir well.

Extra tips!

  1. Pair this tempting chicken salad with CBD infused lemon dressing with a crunchy toast and wine.
  2. You have the option to separate the chicken from the salad mixture. The salad can stand for itself but throwing in some protein like chicken is nice.
  3. This healthy recipe ideally serves one person. Add more serving by multiplying the amount of each ingredient.
  4. You can add the cooked chicken or remove the chicken according to your choice.
  5. Tell the other person that you're planning to infuse CBD oil into this delicious healthy salad before cooking this for them. You can switch to any other than CBD oil.
