For the Pesto Pasta

 

  • Seasoning (salt and pepper; season to taste)
  • CBD oil (the amount is according to the instructional box of your CBD oil brand of choice)
  • Two spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • A quarter or more of a bar of parmesan cheese
  • One spoonful of lemon juice
  • One spoonful of crushed macadamia nuts
  • Half a cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley
  • A cup of basil
  • Two cups of spinach

 

For the Spicy Shrimp Pasta

 

  • Seasoning (salt and pepper; season to taste)
  • A teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • A teaspoon of chili flakes
  • One spoonful of lemon juice
  • One spoonful of olive oil
  • Two spoonfuls of butter
  • Half a cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 500g fresh prawns - peeled and deveined
  • 300 to 400 grams of penne pasta.

 

How to prepare the recipe:

For the Pesto Pasta

 

  1. Rinse the following vegetables thoroughly:

⦁    Cherry tomatoes;

⦁    Chopped parsley;

⦁    Basil;

⦁    Spinach.

Put them all together in a blender or any food processor.

 

  1. Next, put in the same blender all the following pesto ingredients:

⦁    Seasoning (salt and pepper; season to taste);

⦁    CBD oil (the amount is according to the instructional box of your CBD oil brand of choice);

⦁    Two spoonfuls of olive oil;

⦁    Three cloves of garlic;

⦁    A quarter or more of a bar of parmesan cheese;

⦁    One spoonful of lemon juice;

⦁    One spoonful of crushed macadamia nuts.

 

Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture resembles a fine pesto sauce.

 

  1. Put the pesto sauce in a bowl. Wrap the mouth of the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate.

 

For the Spicy Shrimp Pasta

 

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Put salt in it. Put your pasta in. Cook your pasta according to the desired consistency.

 

  1. Wash your asparagus thoroughly. Cut them into 2-inch sized pieces. Place the cut asparagus in the boiling water with pasta. Put your asparagus in the last three minutes of your cooking pasta, preferably. After three minutes, drain the water from your pot. Set aside your pasta and asparagus in a bowl.

 

  1. In a bowl, mix your ground red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Dip your prawns in the mix.

 

  1. In a saucepan, melt your butter in medium heat. Don't let your butter burn. Mix in the olive oil immediately. Put in your spiced-dipped prawns. Sprinkle some lemon juice in the cooking prawns. Turn each side when they turn pink or orange.

 

  1. Once your prawns are cooked, keep them in the pan and put in your pasta and asparagus. Sautee the contents of the pan briefly. When the cooked aroma is achieved, turn off the heat. Put the saucepan's contents on the plate.

 

  1. Put a generous amount of pesto on your shrimp pasta. Add cherry, basil, and grated parmesan cheese on top.

 

  1. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
