1 cup of fresh baby spinach, tightly packed
1 medium banana, broken into chunks
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
1 ½ cup of cold almond milk
1 tablespoon of CBD Armour Hemp Protein

How do you make this sweet and tasty beverage?

1. Toss spinach in your blender - you’ll definitely need a blender for this one. Then place the banana, peanut butter, raw cocoa powder and CBD Armour Hemp Protein on top.
2. Top it off with 1 ½ cups of almond milk and blend until smooth - about 30 seconds.
3. Some people prefer their smoothie more runny so thin it out with as much water as you like and blend again until you obtain the preferred texture.

Have 1 serving for breakfast and preserve the rest refrigerated in a glass mason jar to drink up in the afternoon. When you keep it in a mason jar that is tightly closed, your smoothie can keep up to 12 hours in the fridge for you to enjoy the next morning.
