  • 1 cup of fresh baby spinach as it's a plant-based smoothie, tightly packed
  • 1 medium frozen banana slices (or 2 small frozen bananas)
  • 3 tablespoons of gluten-free peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa protein powder
  • 1 ½ cup of cold almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Hemp Protein powder
  • Hemp seeds for hemp protein will also work for some smoothie recipes.

How do you make this sweet smoothie and tasty beverage?

  1. Toss spinach in your blender - you’ll need a blender for this one. Then place the banana, or hemp seed, raw cocoa powder and CBD Armour Hemp Protein on top.
  2. Top it off with 1 ½ cups of almond milk and blend until smooth - about 30 seconds.
  3. Some people prefer their smoothie so thin it out with as much water as you like and blend again until you obtain the preferred texture.
